Full Interior Broker Price Opinions
Includes valuation and narrative comments related to the local market conditions, immediate neighborhood characteristics, subject property condition as well as three current listings and three sales of comparable properties (including photos, as specified by customer). Final analysis of all applicable data resulting in broker’s suggested list and sale price.

Monthly Marketing Reports
Details of showings and comments by both realtors and customers. Recommendations for repairs and/or improvements. Marketing strategy to target potential buyers and more effectively market and sell subject property.
Asset Preservation
Trashout, cleaning, securing, repair and improvement of property on a regular basis to ensure security and care of property until sold.
Vendor Accounting Management Service
Monthly accounting of utilities, repairs and maintenance invoices paid by broker and request for reimbursement. Full accounting as directed by Client.
